Upon further inspection of my vehicle I noticed there were still scratches on my hood after the repair work from hitting a deer. I drove back to Bisbee and informed the lady at the front desk. She advised she would get someone else. A gentleman stepped out and I stated there were still scratches and before we even walked to my vehicle to show him he stated they were road chips and that my hood was covered in them. No it was not and it seems that he knew what I was speaking of before I even showed him. I told him the only scratches were on the side of impact. I hit a buck and I drive a low challenger, so the buck went up my hood when I hit it. He wiped down my hood and all of the “chips” he claimed I had were indeed not there except for the 4 scratches on the side of impact. The man then tells me I’ll have to take it to insurance to see if they would cover it but otherwise they were not fixing the “road chips”.

I am not satisfied with the repairs that were done to my vehicle. The right front wheel is completely out of alignment & when attempted to have my vehicle aligned I was told that due to the severe damage that the truck cannot be aligned. That wheel is significantly pushed in further than the left side. I have been calling for past week and everytime someone answers the telephone at Collision center seems as though they are hanging it up. Very disappointing

The only complaint (if you can call it that, since it has nothing to do with the collision center itself?) Is the wait time, because the collision center kept receiving damaged parts from the parts company. I'm happy that they didn't settle for some damaged part.
