They repaired the body damage witch I was happy with but they did something to my battery that killed it dead as a door nail an had to buy a new battery that I had to pay for witch want cheap at all then they didn't fix the brake issue because they told me that they didn't find any damage to the break caliber or rear wheel but I took it to Big Mo's an he found damage to the brake caliber i don't know why they didn't see this they must not have done a good inspection of the rear brake caliber my truck had no problems at all until after the accident the truck was perfect. So I don't know how this couldn't have happened to my truck until before the accident so it had to have happened after the accident. So now I've got a truck just setting in my driveway that I can't drive because the break caliber is missed up an it's debated my truck to 43 mph an that's not safe to be driving. But other than that the body work that was done looks great but completely fixing the truck after the accident that caused all of the problems I'm not satisfied at all.

I highly recommend Bisbee’s Precision Collision Center. I recently hit a deer, reported it to my insurance company and requested Bisbee’s because they did such a good job and treated me so well about 6 months ago when I had hit another deer. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Lori, who took all my information, as well as assisted me with a rental car, and because I was having difficulty submitting pictures and video of the damages through my insurance app, she helped with that too. While she was working with me, Crystal walked in and greeted me. I could tell she recognized me because she helped me with my first experience with Bisbee’s. These ladies expertly handled my claim, rental and thoroughly documented the damages to my vehicle. The next day, I received a call from Matt, the technician that would be working on my car, he wanted to confirm everything with me and he informed me of what he was going to do and order to repair my car. He told me that he recognized my vehicle because he was the one that repaired my vehicle on the first experience. I considered myself very lucky to work with Lori, Crystal and Matt. They each had a part in my experience, they were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. I can tell they are dedicated to their jobs and take pride in their work. I also want to thank the team for washing and vacuuming out my car. The team at Bisbee’s definitely take their jobs to the next level, are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and customer focused. I also want to add that I love the new collision center, very comfortable, clean, organized and I loved being able to see vehicles being worked on. Thank you Team Bisbee’s Precision Collision Center, job well done, and I highly recommend!!!
