They did a good job on the repair part, everything works. Despite the striping on the car not being fully completed, and the grill/emblem being the wrong color and font. Then the 100th anniversary badges not being put back on like they were supposed to. But the customer service there is not good at all. No one seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time. The date for the car to be ready kept getting pushed back almost everyday.

They did a good job on MOST of the repairs but some still did not turn out right. It looks like they didn’t even look at the parts in the pictures of the car before they started working on it.

No one seemed to know what they were doing or talking about. Everytime you contacted someone they took forever to give a response, didn’t know what was going on, or didn’t answer the phone. Everyone seemed lost half of the time. We ourselves had to call and text for updates. If we didn’t we never would’ve gotten any.

The repair is great. The window has a scratchy sound when using it but not bad, probably just new. There was a ton of glass shards left in my center console
