I do not feel comfortable recommending anyone to have their car repairs done by your shop. The people that I talked to did not seem concerned about me or my satisfaction. They seemed distracted and uncaring. I was not even given a copy of my repair bill. All that was asked of me was to sign a paper to authorize a supplement repair from the insurance. I was told on the Friday (11/20/20) that I picked up the the vehicle that they would call me when the part came in about completing the repairs and now it is a week later and still no call about the part.

They did not fix all of the damage to my car. I pointed out all the damage the day that James wrote the estimate. When I picked up the car I saw that all the damage was not repaired. I talked to Richard who replied that the damage was not related to the accident therefore I had to show him the same proof that it was that I showed to James.

When I dropped my car off there was no one there for me to talk to. After waiting for about 10 minutes for someone I talked to a lady in the office. She looked but found no one. Her comment was that they must be in a meeting. She took my name, keys and phone number.

They completed the repair that was needed but the lack of attention to detail is disturbing. The car had to go back in for additional paint repair that should have been caught before is was returned
