Communication was great! Texts keep me informed of updated estimates. I was given a ride to pick up my rental at drop off of my vehicle. At pick up, my vehicle was like new and I was pleasantly surprised that the interior had been cleaned, as well! As I am new to this area, I am glad to know that Bishop’s is here to offer quality work and that extra customer service should I need them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I am new to this area and don’t know many people. I was glad I chose Bishop to repair my hail damage. I had talked to another body shop, as well, and this one seemed more willing to get my business. Should I need them again, they will be my first call & I will recommend them every chance I get.

I was a little disappointed about the communication on the repair of my car. They said it could be a week and a half or could be longer depending on if they had to order any more parts. Which is fine but it hit two weeks and no one had called to let me know then progression of my car. Luckily I had another vehicle to drive but it would have been nice to have someone communicate how my car was coming. I called the Friday that made it about two weeks and she told me that they were waiting on door scan or something but she didn’t give me any other information. Again, a week later i had to call and i think my husband came by to see how the car was coming. At that time they said it would be done and ready to pick up in a day. I believe i got a call the next day and I think it was Brice or Heath tell me the check engine light was on and was going to have to go to Stanley Wood but they didnt have any appointments for a while. He asked if i wanted to go ahead and pick my car up that it was drivable. I told him yes. I couldn’t pick up the car Friday so I had to pick it up Monday. Upon picking it up the back bumper had not been touched up like it was listed on the estimate. So overall, I am not satisfied with my vehicle. I have always used Bishops for my auto repairs and have never had any issues but this time all didn’t go like the others.

I did not feel like there was good communication about the progression of my car’s repairs. The day of pick up the touch up on the back bumper was forgotten so now i will have yo return to get that done. Also the engine light is on and they told me i would have to go to Stanley Wood to get this fixed. They have been very accommodating to help get these items fixed but still frustrating to not have it done all at once.

My car looked like nothing ever happened to it. Also, they kept in touch with me to let me know how they were doing with getting my car fixed. My car was cleaned after the job was done. They were very polite with me. I am very satisfied and would refer Bishops Collision to others.
