I have had to take my car back numerous times and they can’t seem to fix the problem or make things worse. They have broken several brackets that had to be replaced, and caused clear coat scratches to entire car because they wiped it with rags because they don’t wash the cars after painting them and in order to make them look clean they just wipe them off. When I said something they said oh well it was probably like this from car washes or from when I washed it by hand. Also had to go back because they didn’t replace the rim that they told me they had replaced then couldn’t find the rim but it was later located in the trunk of my car. Also left the stickers from the sides of my doors that are for protection then argued that I didn’t have them on to begin with I had to show them the other side. They also scratched the new paint while trying to fix the fender because it was aligning properly and it still had a dent. It goes back in the shop on Tuesday and hopefully will finally be fixed. I have taken several cars throughout the years and haven’t had any problems not sure why they can’t get me car fixed right or why they keep breaking the brackets to my door. Fingers crossed they fix it right this time.

I had mentioned a mechanical issue with the steering in the left driver's wheel area. That issue was not fixed or referred elsewhere. Also, there was a small black plastic piece left unattached on the wiper motor area. It blows around when I drive and needs to be reattached or fastened. I will contact Bishop's after Christmas and explain my concerns. Besides those issues, I was pleased. The repair looks great. Thank you.
