The team at B&L is always friendly and helpful. It was particularly nice of them to drive me to the Blue Line stop on a cold and snowy morning after I dropped off my car. My only complaint for this service was that I indicated to be contacted by text message on updates around the progress of the repairs. I didn't receive any communication and had to call several times to check on progress. My car was also ready a day later than indicated initially.
