Brian and Michelle are fantastic. I live in the neighborhood and have taken in my BMW, Range Rover and Audi. In the past I’d always go to the dealership but the reality is that not only is Black Forest more reasonable, their quality and service are better. I am not joking, everytime I took my Range Rover in for a scratch or ding, it came back with another issue. I get my car back from BF and it’s perfect. Always. Plus they are great to deal with, generally just really top notch people who live and work in the neighborhood and care about its residents.

The whole experience was amazing and stress free. From the moment I dropped the car off Michelle was very welcoming. The car rental agent Alessandro was very helpful. When I picked up my car, it looked good as new and I was surprised at the detailing and finished look. Thank you so much to Black Forest for the great service.

This is a bit of mixed review. I really loved the service. They were quick and restored my car perfectly buy there was one little hitch. When I dropped my car off they noticed my state inspection was out of date and offered to do the inspection while they had it. Unfortunately they must have forgotten. It was a bit of a hectic time for me as my wife gave birth the day after I picked up the car. I didn't notice the inspection until I got a ticket for it while bringing our newborn to the pediatricians in downtown glencove. It was the fly in the ointment of an otherwise perfect job. I wasn't even going to mention anything but they solicited this review so I feel I need to mention it. I'd still recommend them highly though.

Overall the service was OK, the chassis of the doors of the car was changed, and the doors that were damaged look like they did before on the outside, however, there were interior imperfections in the door that weren’t noticed. There was damage caused to the speakers in the door, the music that comes through that part doesn't sound the same anymore, there's also a problem with the bottom to raise the window but that happened a couple of times before the incident, so I don't mind about it, however, the speaker never sounded like that before and I'm thinking about taking my car to Subary 5 starts to check the door again, spending money that was supposed to be covered by the car shop. I wasn’t told of the reparations made in my car, and the list they gave me was very confusing for a regular person who is not very knowledgeable of cars.
