The repair work was excellent The business side of the company is terrible Your communication with insurance companies is lacking. Our car was to take 2 to 3 days. It took a week due to your not accepting a verbal committment from the insurance company that you would be paid.

Body work is great. As for the estimate and expect times quoted was horrible. This same thing happened with my husbands vehicle. Better estimates could be done so people whom are expecting the work to be done as stated are not expected off guard, especially when having to make plans for alternate transportation.
