I was not satisfied with the communication on Black Walnut's side. i was not informed my car would take an extra two business days, and thus it caused inconveniences with the rental agency. I had to call in multiple times to get info about the car and when it would be done. Scheduling the repair also took lots of effort on my end... I thought I would receive a call to schedule (as promised) and did not. When I called in, the repair had been pushed a few weeks. I was thankful Black walnut offered a loaner car to rectify what was their error, since I had already returned my rental.

Body work was very good but when car was taken for inspection I was told that the frame was rusted and could not be state inspected. I feel this should have been address before over $5000 was spent on a car that I will probably have to junk
