There was over-spray on the windshield, that affected my vision every time the sun hit the windshield. Why did you all not rinse it off? Had it been rinsed off, you would have seen the over-spray. Anytime a car is painted, it's supposed to be rinsed off. My car was not dirty when I brought it in, therefore I was expecting it to be rinsed off, at least out of consideration.

I would because overall I've always had great service at Blackburn.

Truck looked really good.

Parts issues are somewhat out of the control of shop so I wouldn’t hold that against their work.

Truck bed looks like new. Bedliner looks newer than new.

Everyone was courteous and forthcoming about the work on the truck.
