They fixed my bumper and that damage that was done, but tried forcing me to buy a hugely unnecessary expensive part due to their negligence.

I waited over two months to bring my vehicle in. I don’t understand why it took three weeks to complete and my vehicle was filthy. My vehicle was covered in mud. That’s not acceptable. It should’ve been washed before I received it back.

You guys fixed everything cosmetically but you didn’t fix any of the mechanical things that were wrong with the car now I am gonna have to turn around and fix some things

The Customer Service was good but again you guys made the outside of my car look beautiful, but it sounds like crap. My rotor and my strut are both going. There’s no way you guys didn’t hear it when you drove it.
