Great Service by all staff. The only thing that confused me was the email I got on the 9th saying my car would not be ready for 11 days? Picked up my car on the 10th which was what I was originally was told.

When I picked up the 2019 Ranger it had been in for a rear bumper replacement, the whole truck including the bed cover and the inside of the box was covered with body shop dust, the hard folding tonneau cover did not close correctly on the left rear, the right rear of the cover rail was not down tight, tailgate has a new chip in the paint and the right rear fender extension shows unpainted area at seam. I picked up the vehicle on a Friday and the next Wednesday I was still getting emails and texts saying the vehicle was almost ready and would be notified when it was ready. Wednesday's message was a conformation that I had picked up the vehicle that day. When Blaise Alexander purchased this dealership I had a bad experience purchasing a used car and had to find a new dealer for our last 2 new purchases. The body shop has always done good by me on 2 major deer damage repairs on the same car. Now I need to find a new body shop. I have tried twice to speak to a manager, once in person and once on the phone. I can in good faith no longer recommend this dealership for anything.

Repairs are well done, but the overall experience with the Service Department was frustrating , stressful, and left me with no desire to have service done by Blaise Alexander again. I will take my Expedition to another dealer for service.
