I have used this Blaise shop a number of times in the past for deer damage, etc., but I’m considering that Erie Insurance should withdraw their approval of this shop.

It appears that the quality of the work was fine, but 4 months in the shop seems like a long time to complete the process. Mariah at the service desk was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with questions

The bodywork was exceptionally good, but the customer service was better. They cleaned my daughter’s car, but also tried to take out many of the stains in the upholstery that go with a 20-year-old using a vehicle. This car hasn’t looked this good since we’ve owned it. The only thing I’d say critically is that the service Tax should be taught how to introduce themselves to a customer and such. They were very nice, but I never knew their names unless I asked.

Everyone was fine. As mentioned in the previous page, there should be better training for your service staff on how to treat customers. That would primarily mean how to introduce yourself talk about what you do and how you’re gonna help them. Though much of this would be assumed, I never knew anyone’s name unless I asked. Other than that, they were very helpful.

I was told they would remove the yellow road paint as well but they did not. I was also told there wasn’t going to be any waiting on parts and it took 4 weeks.

I went to pick up my vehicle after repairs were made & supposedly ready, it was not even repaired correctly 😡. Gap between the fender & hood, scratches on the new grill, my Chevrolet emblem in front no longer lit up(it did when dropped off), side trim was not installed on drivers side. Huge gaps in new headlights that were installed. I have never been so disappointed in service with my vehicle until now at Mansfield Blaise. I will never take a vehicle here again. It took a month for my repairs to be completed.

It is widely known that I would never recommend this business to anyone. I am also well aware that I am not the only person who has had to deal with such poor customer service from the shop. The reputation of blaze Alexander Ford is terrible in the town of Mansfield.

It took two months and two weeks to get my car repaired and it was not a supply chain issue. I was lied to over and over again by the manager about what was going on this was quite honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years.
