The front skid plate was not bolted into the fender just tucked in. The color was perfect, and the car well cleaned. I had to take it back for them to finish the job

They were all very courteous, but the person I talked to did not convey what needed to be done on the day they were fixing the work and if I had not called in the work would not have happened.

There was a nick in the hood I know wasn’t there or I would of asked to have it fixed and paid out of pocket it did get fixed so I satisfied

We were very happy with the quality of the work. The only thing we didn't love is that it took 2 whole months before we had our vehicle back...and we don't hold Blaise at fault for that...it's a nightmare getting parts sometimes...but it was an inconvenience.

Take a new truck in for repairs where some one hit me and when I go to pick it the driver does is scratched up and the hood is dented and scratched. They tried to play it off like it was on the truck already. So if I ever need work from the collision shop again I will be taking pictures of my truck before I hand the keys over. If they would have owned up to their mistake I would have different feelings but trying to play it off sets me with negative feelings about the shop.
