My car was returned to me quickly, cleaned up, and a job well done. I just wished that I was given more heads up as to when my car was going to be finished. I received a call about 2pm that my car would need to be picked up by 430pm on a Friday or I would have to wait until Monday. Luckily someone was able to pick it up for me because I was at work. Update the tracker that gets sent out more efficiently would be my only type of criticism

Great people, they definitely take the time to make sure the job is done right along with precision and quality. Could never tell that my vehicle was in a collision. It took almost a month for the repair but for good quality comes time and patience. They also keep you updated of the process/stage your vehicle is in to being done.

Repair work seems good. Usual gentleman in shop at desk was very nice. It was clean upon return. But 3 weeks for a front-end repair from hitting a deer? Seemed excessive.

Once when I stopped to inquire about status, the young man at counter completely ignored me and instead responded to my husband! Yet I was the one who asked the question! (Had the impression that he was uncomfortable around women- no eye contact either.)
