For all the reasons mentioned in this survey. I understand they are extremely busy but there are so many issues with the work done on my car that I cannot believe anyone thought it was acceptable to return to any customer in this manner.

Parts damaged in crash were reused and should have been replaced new. Chrome and window accents were mangled, scratched all up and not installed correctly. Paint job has noticeable contamination. They put a dent in my car that wasn’t even damaged in crash. My car was an atrocious mess when I picked it up. Just numerous issues and I am quite upset about it. My car was almost brand new, less than 13,000 miles on it and it doesn’t even look it now. Bad enough the person that hit me devalued my car but this will make it worse. Manager is ordering parts and said they will fix it but this should have been done right the first time. My car was there for nearly a month and now I have the inconvenience of having to borrow a relative’s car again. I paid a large deductible on top of what the insurance paid to have this done and chose the shop because of the certifications they have because I wanted it done right. After the disappointing repairs and the way my car was left, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. It’s been a month now, so we will see how long it takes to get my car back in again but it would help to do the job right the first time! I had to wait 3 months to have my car repaired the first time. I realize they are slammed with work but it doesn’t help in doing a half assed job.

The receptionist is very nice and manager was very patient and replies to emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions. Although it’s been a month and I haven’t been contacted about when they can get my car back in to repair it properly. I will have to contact the manager again.

The repair took 3 weeks, every time I called for an update it was very vague. When I got the car back the passenger handle fell off when I went to open it the next day. When I took it back for them to replace the handle I was also told that there was something wrong with my back wheel hub “but they weren’t supposed to tell me.” After I left from getting my handle fixed, my car broke down (later I found out it was my transmission) Blaise told the Ford dealership the wrong mileage on my car making them think my car was covered under warranty for the transmission, my car was then towed to Ford to find out the mileage was over my warranty and I was to be charged $8000 to get my transmission fixed instead of it being covered. Terrible experience.

Considering that they had it over two weeks and being called about this survey before i even picked up the vehicle. Was never asked to look at vehicle before paying. Notice there is no pin stripe on the repaired side of thr car. Molding adheisve showing from trim peice. Then when i get in there are dash lights that were never there when i dropped off but asked the advisor about it and was told they should go away which they never did. So now i have to make another trip to get this all corrected considering i need the vehicle. Other than the color match being good, the overall satisfaction is low.
