Happy with overall quality of repair. However, the body shop (Hazleton) was very difficult to communicate with. Took several phone calls to have an estimate sent to insurance and to schedule repair. (Took so long the claim had to be reopened.) Additionally, the repair was only supposed to take “a couple days” so a rental car was not scheduled when repair actually took 5 days. If a repair should be needed in the future, I’ll be looking for a different body shop. Thank you.
