I had a fantastic experience at this collision center. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and professional. Since this was my first time dealing with major repairs, I was honestly pretty clueless about the process, but they guided me every step of the way. They were happy to help with any questions I had and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!

Again, the workmanship was excellent. We’re very satisfied, but just the communication was a little bit lagging. I just thought if they were behind in the body shop instead of us paying for a rental and since my car was drivable we could’ve saved a good three or four days without paying for a rental.

The only thing I was disappointed in is our car was to be dropped off the 26 January so we dropped it off the 25th. I totally understand the weather was very very bad on the 26th and there would be a possibility that the car would not be brought into the body shop on that day or even the day after. We stopped by a few days later and asked when our car would be started to be worked on and we were told they were behind in the workshop. Again, that is also understandable but I wish I would’ve been called and told they were behind in the body shop and not to drop the car off that particular day. We could have saved a good three or four days without renting a vehicle because that was starting to add up before it was even started to be worked on. Other than that, the workmanship was excellent.

I’ve seen other cars that they have done. When I first went there. I saw that condition that they were in and when I returned there, I saw the condition when they were completed and I would say they did an excellent job on most of the vehicles.

First, the car belongs to me, Frank DiMartini not Vivian. Registered insured and owned by me. Second, it’s too early for me to determine the quality. It’s the middle of winter and I would have to wait for whether to clear so I can really inspect and make a good determination, but so far so good Pending Future results!

The staff was good however they do not answer calls and they do not return calls when I leave a message. I hope that aspect is resolved. It is important to be able to communicate via phone when an issue is necessary to discuss. I had to go and drive there in order to contact them to inform them of a pending Closure of the claim. I must add that due to the extended period of time which I’m not complaining about my wife, had to travel and they offered me a loaner car, which I thought was very nice of them. I think Karl and Neil and the rest of the office staff for their courtesy and concern. Other than phone call show I am extremely satisfied with dealing with this staff moreover, Karl was very attentive! Thank you so much for caring.
