Karl was very professional and helpful though the whole process. He had our estimate completed and submitted to State Farm the same day we met with him. He allowed Safelite to repair the glass during the repair process at State Farms request, which allowed all of the necessary repairs to be completed by the time we picked up our vehicle. Karl returned every E-mail and phone call in a timely manner and was courteous to everyone involved. Our vehicle looks like new and was returned to us clean.
