Overall it seemed to be the run around on getting the correct time frame for repairs. They would say on thing and then call to follow up and it was oh wrong part or bigger job that anticipated. Cause me to pay out of pocket for 1 month extra for rental

Manager Karl was easy to work with through the process. I will be calling in about 2 weeks to schedule repair of scratch on left repair bumper that was not part of accident. I would definitely recommend the body shop to others.
