I will be speaking to my insurance company. The service was less than satisfactory and they painted the back rim like a child with a paint pen but charged us. I have photos for the insurance company to dispute.

I was very pleased with my experience with Bloomfield Collision. Everything was seamless! You can tell that they really do put customer service at the forefront. I was quoted a week to get my car fixed and they delivered. It was like a brand new car. Will definitely be going here again. Hopefully I won’t have any accidents or collisions moving forward but if I’ll be happy to refer friends and family to this business! Yes, but would inform them how front staff lack of cilustomer service. They even tlgo into Spanish mode, but don't realize that the individual speaks Spanish as well, even though he looks American
