The Bloomfield Collision staff was very courteous. Prompt. The repair was done in one day. Great. My disatisfaction was with Enterprise rental. When appt was setup I was assured an equivalent vehicle- SUV 4WD. After finishing with BC. I went to Enterprise. He told me my car was on the way. I reiterated my desire for 4WD and he nodded. Then he puts me in a small sedan.
