The vehicle was not ready or completed on time. It toon them an extra 4 days to complete the repairs needed on the vehicle. When inspecting the car, it was repaired well however the inside of the car was not cleaned well, there were black stains on one of the creme covers and the seatbelt was tampered with. When they were spoken to in regards to the inside, they denied doing work on the inside of the car before they even looked at the work order. After looking at the work order, they apologized for the mistake and fix the seatbelt and detailed my car. However, this experience was too much of a hassle. Car wasn't done on time and when approached about mistakes they committed they denied it until they had proof from their end. I'm not sure if I would return back if the customer service continues in this manner. However, the repairs on the car were done well. That's the only good thing I can say about their service.
