From the initial appointment to the follow up and completion of the work on my car my experience was seamless and extremely pleasant. My car also happened to run out of gas right there at the shop and they happily sent someone down to the gas station to get me some gas, at no charge of course, offered to follow me to the gas station in case I had trouble, and also recommended I visit a mechanic for a battery issue that I didn't know I had so I don't get stranded on the road. I really felt looked after by the whole group considering my car was damaged and it was a stressful time. My car also looks fantastic. Better than it did new. It was an overall very pleasant experience.
