I'm happy with how my car was repaired however I had to call for updates when it was taking longer than originally thought and I had to call to ask if I could pick it up. I was never contacted by anyone when my car was there.

The repair of the front end and body was excellent.I have a problem with the driver side window.It doesn't close because it's not tracking properly.The manager said they didn't cause it.They did because I NEVER had that problem before.Everything else they worked on was done very well.

The only lingering issue is that the interior of the car smells very strongly of paint. I don't know that this can be prevented. Otherwise, the repair looks good (in my non-expert opinion).

Your firm seems to be very well organized. As soon as you walk in the door you are told what the exact procedure is, an estimate how long it will take, and having a Geico representative on site is very good. Your reception person is very well organized and she seems to know the procedure down pat. I have no suggestions to make and I am happy with the way things turned out. The only complaint I might make is you are located in such a place where it took me a long time to get to even though you are only two and a half miles from my house. But that's not your fault. Once I was advised of any problems I relaxed. However I was told it was ready on a friday by text and wasn't ready till the next monday! Very confusing!
