Everyone was very nice and friendly. They were very thorough and efficient. They kept me informed with updates and very accommodating. My only concern was that I am unable to open the back door to trunk because Geico decided not to honor that repair. I know this was beyond their control and not their fault but I just wished it was communicated before I picked up the vehicle. Now I must go back n forth with Geico to get this repair taken care of.

The repair that was done was very good and very satisfied however it was Not complete and I cannot open my back door to trunk. It was the decision made by Geico to not approve the repair even though it was caused by impact from the accident. I of course cannot be completely satisfied if I cannot open my back door. Looks good but NOT functional.
