I did not have any issues with the parts that were put on my car. They did an excellent job, but the issue that I do have is that after everything was done, I discovered a problem whenever I turn my steering wheel I hear grinding. I brought it back for them to look at, and was told it was just a clip that came off and was replaced. As soon as I started driving, I heard it again, prompting me to think it’s more than just a part that was fixed. I mentioned it, and was told they are not responsible for anything that happened. I didn’t have this issue, before I brought my car in, and now I do. I feel like I was lied to about what the problem was, and now I’m not sure how to go about it. I would like for this issue to be able if at all possible.

They did a spectacular job. The attention to detail was superb and they they even vacuumed this inside for me. I lost interest in caring for my SUV after the accident. Thank you all so much for getting me to love my vehicle again.
