Bloomfield Collision gave us an amazing experience! We were running late to pick up our repaired car due to traffic and even though they were one minute to closing time, Clarabelle answered the phone and was empathetic towards our situation. Even though the gate of the shop was already closed, she assisted us and asked if we could still pick the car up. Upon arriving to the shop at 12:02pm, Clarabelle treated us with extreme kindness and professionalism. Fabian, who opened the gate and brought our good as new car out, was also extremely kind. They did not treat us with an attitude for running late despite the autoshop already being closed. The car is running fantastically and the it looks better than it did before the accident. I cannot recommend Bloomfield Collision enough!
