Communication and logistics were confusing. We were told completion dates that didn't materialize for week or two later. (If we had known that up front we would have rented a car). The car needed mechanical attention but they didn't address that til after body work done.Then it took 10 days for what they told us was just an alignment.

Bloomfield collision took care of my car twice this year, and they did it during really hard times when tariffs were making parts almost impossible to find. They were responsive and kind even when I was frustrated. My only problem were the text messages that were not connected to the service at all. Other than that, five stars.

Although the job was completed my only issue was the lack of quality assurance. My bumper was not aligned yet it was fixed. And I had to return the vehicle the next day because the internal door panel was loose.
