The car repairs were completed on time. I later had to come back another day and point out that they were missing a small piece on the inside of my door. They ordered the part and I need to go in and get it put on. Also, the window is not going up and down properly. I am still in the process of trying to get the window fixed from the body shop. Also, next time I started the car after I got the car out of the shop. I had a dead battery. While I was there at the car repair shop another day when I pointed out the window is not working properly. They did let me buy a battery from O’Reillys at cost so they gave me their discount because of the dead battery.

Kelah took care of this case with an excellent customer service. She took in our Toyota Matrix needing a catalytic converter replacement, and offered towing service as well as Uber pick-up. In addition, the car had been washed and cleaned when I picked it up.
