At first, I thought the color of my car looked off due to the sunlight. However, after doing a thorough walk-through, I realized the shop did an excellent job with the paint. I also appreciated that when I called with concerns about the color, Melissa didn’t hesitate, she encouraged me to bring the car in so they could take a look. I ended up not bringing it back, and after comparing the paint more closely, I confirmed it was indeed the correct color

The work was stellar even detailing the truck so it returned even better. The beginning was horrible. My husband, who has chronic intense pain, had his pain increase as a result. I was the one who had handled the initial reporting, etc. He was called, made to get out of bed, and drive down to sign authorization. They refused to allow him to authorize over phone and wanted him there. I went with him and was furious. I was told then that it could have been authorized over the phone with his drivers license number. Also, if I was the one handling it why wasn't I called? It is 2025, Silicon Valley, update your procedures!
