The repair was immaculate, good as new. Blossom Valley's work has always been top notch. The last time I brought my BMW X1 in and got a car good as new. Suggestion for improvement in communication. I wish a daily text or web page with Status would be make the experience perfect.

There was an issue with the new door latch that initially was missed, but they made sure I was covered in checking the car back in and continuing with the rental while they diagnosed and fixed it.

I loved everything- from the first time they called (very timely) to the minute I picked the car up, they were professional, kind, courteous, took excellent care of my car, gave me updates, and even had my car ready earlier than planned. They washed my car too which was a nice touch. The car looked beautiful and back to brand new after only a few short days.
