Norberto and team were very respectful, all my questions were addressed and answered. They took extremely good care of my vehicle and thanx to Blossom Valley Collision staff I look as if I just got a vehicle fresh off the dealership lot!

They did good with the overall fix but I am very upset at the fact that they delivered my car dented at their fault. Although they apologized and fixed it, they refused to pay for the additional insurance my husband and I requested for the rental vehicle. We wouldn’t have had to pay for that if they didn’t dent it. To clarify, my husband and I paid for the additional insurance for the first time around.

My car was dented while at the Blossom Valley Collision. It was returned to me damaged. I called and we compared pictures of when it was dropped off vs when it was delivered. I had to then return my vehicle for an additional 2 and a half days to get it repaired once again. They also missed a dent from the accident repair.

I like that they turned in the vehicle nice and clean including the inside. I appreciate the generosity they gave me during the visit. They also explained to me very calmly. I had my kids with me they had some paper and Crayons available, love that detail I will certainly recommend this place.

Very good at keeping me updated with my vehicle and very friendly
