Service writer not very good at communicating. Took in on Monday told should be ready Friday. No word all week. I called end of day Thursday and then told would not be ready until Monday. Monday came and went. I called Tuesday at noon and told would be ready Tuesday. I asked so I could arrange a ride to shop. Told someone should call in an hour. 4pm someone called and said ready and they closed at 5pm . Got there and when I tried to put passenger window down would not work. They had not reconnected to I had to wait for them to take apart door and connect wires .
