I had a great experience with this body shop! I brought my car in on Monday to fix a front-end scratch from a minor accident, and I was honestly shocked by how fast they worked — it was ready by the very next day!

While I was overall very satisfied with the service, the electronic service updates I received were bogus and not up to date. I would ask that someone look into this. I had to call to get an accurate updated completion date estimate. Aside from that issue, the service was completed in a reasonable timeframe and results looked great.

I was given an estimated completion of Friday. I called Friday afternoon and was told Monday or Tuesday. I finally received a call just before 4:00 on Tuesday to let me know if my car was ready. I had to drop everything to make it back to San Jose before they closed at 5:00. The car looks fine, but they are not good about providing updates.
