B & M Auto Collision made my experience from dropping off the vehicle 🚗 from day one to picking it up in less than 10 days… Everything I needed fixed or repaired were replaced with all NEW PARTS and no exceptions & on the day I picked up my Jeep they even washed my vehicle 🚗 from inside and outside including my wheels 🛞 THANK YOU!!!

Part of this rating due to the fact that car was left for a week (per vacation arrangement) and was not touched during that time so they didn’t work on it until I came back from my trip. Someone possibly used the car during that time as a dog leash was left in the car! They have no explanation (which I was certainly owed) as to what was going on. When I finally got the car there was wax left on the car (obviously because they rushed the “finishing rushing through the finishing touches”. The repair itself was ok however it appears that an area was missed. I’ve used the company a number of times over the years but I’m upset that no one leveled with me about what was going on!
