Some of the trim parts are loose and were taped down with doble edge tape that came loose already instead of using clips to hold them in place and the hatch gate is not completely centered there’s a large gap on the left side not to mention the Mazda logo not being centered but i could live with that

Cosmetically everything looks great however the clips that hold down the winglets firmly down against the hatch door were not installed they were taped with doble edge tape and did not adhere well

We were very pleased with professional job that was done on our car .Literally my car looked better than before the accident. Towing came very fast .Even work was to take much longer but the crew was able to finish it faster. Every time we use B&M Service it’s exeptional.

So far most everything is excellent. I haven’t yet looked any deeper into the repair. Once I inspect under the car and behind the front fascia I’ll have a better idea. But from past experience with B&M I should be very pleased…..they always do an excellent job.
