The customer service women seemed to not have any info. Would put me on hold and never come back and say someone would call me back, but didn't. Unable to answer any questions at all.

Due to an unavailable part , the repair was not fully completed . I will be scheduling a return visit in November, (after part is available) to get the remaining work done. Upon viewing the work completed , I was completely satisfied with the quality of B&M’s workmanship . Thank you

I did not like the experience at all or how my car turned out when I took it to be repaired, I told him what the damage had been and to which one they said yes when I picked it up they said that this damage had been the cause of the accident apart from a small part they did not paint it is very small but I don't recommend them aside when I spoke with the manager he told me that it couldn't be the cause of the accident.
