Called me to tell me repairs were done but when I picked up vehicle I noticed the passenger window button was not working. That was the side they had done repairs. They never followed up that the piece was in. I still don’t understand why I would be told the car was complete yet they overlooked the window switch being completely off.

**Full disclosure, this was an insurance fix; I was rear ended, and the other party paid for the repair** Overall, I am blown away by the professionalism of B&M. From the ease of paperwork, to the constant communication, to the quality of work, I can't recommend this shop enough. They were kind to me and my little boy, and the ride to and from the car rental spot is a wonderful touch. Full confidence in this shop.
