Michael Tryko was extremely professional and handled the repairs in a timely manner. He dealt with State Farm so we didn’t have to because they are a State Farm authorized repair shop. We wouldn’t go anywhere else if we have a car repair again.

The man who brought out my car was complete in his explaining what was done and warranty. I was also pleased to see that the inside of the car had been vacuumed and the muddy paw prints cleaned from the seats. Nice job!

My car repaired I think perfectly but you delivered the van empty fuel tank. I didn't noticed and drove a mile noticed that the fuel tank is empty. Luckily I found one gas station. Also the second row and third row floor mat was missing. I reported that and your personal said that it is there and I have to drive there and pick. Both were bad experience which I got. Now I have to drive from Morton Grove to there to get that floor mat .

I was not satisfied the way the van delivered.

You fix the damage area but there are many scratches and stains marks which I showed to the person when I was there. He tried little bit but not looking good. They even forgot to put the floor mats back . I traveled a second trip to get that. They gave the van with empty fuel tank.
