Great, super fast service. Natalia deserves the most recognition for her excellent customer service work. She took care of it all. Called Hertz to pick me up for my rental car and they did. I would put a 20 if allowed. The ladies at the front were very helpful, explained the process every step of the way. In addition the notifications helped keep me up to date on every status update. The service was lightning fast and they left my vehicle in squeeky clean shape and even vacuumed the intior. I want to crash my car on purpose just so I get to deal with them again!
