John did a great job detailing what needed to be done to get our family car back in business. He called to give updates and when we picked the car up he was again detailed and made us feel confident with all the repairs done. The girls in the office are awesome as well. Good job B&M and kudos to Bobby! We will never go to another shop as long as you are open.

B&M repaired my SUV in a timely fashion. The staff was very courteous. The mechanic called me in advance to explain what parts were being repaired. B & M was also willing to coordinate with the car rental company but I had already secured my car rental.
