Dyllan was amazing! He was patient, thorough, and communicated with us consistently. We had a third-party involved because the repair was due to an accident, and Dylan constantly kept us apprised of the status of the car and his communication with the third-party. I’m satisfied with the quality of work and how fast they’re able to get everything done. Sarah was a big help in speeding. The process up. No corners were cut any part that was within question was completely replaced. I’m very satisfied with that being said. The only thing that I would’ve liked to have changed is every time the estimate was revised I would’ve loved to have gotten an update versus me having to call to see why they had to do that overall I’m very pleased and satisfied with the BMW auto collision repair center team! If I have any future accidents without a doubt, I’ll be taking my vehicle here for any repairs! Thank you!!!!

Didn't really update me. A rude lady told me she had been calling me for a week. She called me 1x on a Friday it was Monday. Also tried to charge me more than someone else who already called and gave me a price
