I have not had to use my car insurance in over 30 years, so when I was in this accident, I was concerned how the process would work. Working with NJM made this whole ordeal so easy and pain free. It made a very terrible experience, stress-free, and I really appreciate that.

JMK handled me and my vehicle with great care. Their great customer service started with my first phone call to the shop and was consistent during and upon completion of the repairs. I received weekly updates as promised and they managed to complete the repairs earlier than expected. I would definitely utilize JMK again and would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

They do great work, my car looks perfect, like nothing even happened. I was always kept updated as far as the damage, timeline etc. They went above and beyond even handling the rental process for me.
