NJM assisted me with my issue quickly and with care. My representative, Ms. Pierce was awesome..! I do have a question about the billing but I will contact her about that soon.Also, the vehicle repair was done and appeared to be done well. I don't want to have any issues with Celebrity when I retirn the vehicle later this year.

The Customer Service inside the shop was above average but a little dry and "stand offish". The desk representative called and kept me informed. The shop did allow me to pick up the vehicle the day after it was complted which allowed me not to inconvenience my schedule.
