The only thing that stopped me from giving a 10 is the horrible experience I had with my rental car pickup from Enterprise (whom you’d recommended). Apparently they don’t pick you up at the time that you’ve asked for when making the reservation. You have to give them a call / 15 minute notice, and then they’ll come get you. I’d have appreciated your staff alerting me to this issue ahead of time.

The repair job was excellent but when the car was returned the rear floor was damp and the rear mats, purchased from BMW of Springfield, were missing. I called and asked about the mats but was informed that when the car was delivered from the repair shop to the body shop the mats were not there. - the mats were not new - it's just that they are missing.
