Would rather not have so many experiences but that being said - it's the ONLY PLACE I will take my BMW's for repair! Excellent work, service and knowledgeable. Pricey yes - but you get what you pay for! Always exceptional work done.

The process was quick and easy with my car, but communication was frustrating. Staff were difficult to talk to, and I was told they don’t work with my insurance—yet they clearly do. The information I received was mixed and inconsistent. I wouldn't have chosen this location if I had other options nearby. Overall, customer service lacked courtesy and professionalism.
