Coming in to speak with Staff about dropping off my vehicle for repair was the ultimate experience. I’d spoken to Vinny, emailed him the estimate so when I got there, everything was a smooth. The repair was very good. I have to go back because there is some compound (their words) on the bumper that needs to be removed. So they could have done a better job with quality checks after the repair. Otherwise my rating would have been a 10.

Communication once I dropped off the car was excellent. They also told me they were busy and would contact me when best to bring in the car; this didn't happen, I had to call them thus the repair didn't start until it did.

Appraiser provides an estimate for $1900. BMW dealer had provided an estimate for $3800. NJM told be that JMK is going to do the repairs for the appraised amount of $1900. I was charged approx $7500 Some sort of scam is going on that needs to be looked into.

I took my car to JMK there stating I have damaged to my vehicle that didn’t happened due to the accident, they tell me this after they repaired my vehicle and if the damage was not caused by the accident why didn’t they say anything about this issue while my car was disabled. I drove the vehicle to their repair shop with no leaks in my radiator, then I’m being told after my car as been reassembled I have these issues and the damage to my vehicle was in the front of the vehicle. So I’m not satisfied with their service.
