The repair work seems to be completed with quality. My issue was that I was emailed a completion date. On that date (Friday, Aug. 16), I called and found out of a further delay for cleaning/detailing. I was told It would be ready Monday and received a call at 5:15 pm saying the vehicle was ready. Tuesday, I show up to pick up vehicle and was told that it had to be cleaned again. Try Wednesday. Get the vehicle Wednesday. Dirty inside with crumbs on the rear seats. Turned in the vehicle with 35,000 and change. Received it back with over 36,000. My belief is someone needed a vehicle for the weekend, so they used mine.

I took my 15 escape in for repairs everything was done in a timely manner however the day after picking up my car I went outside to get into my car and the metal splash gaurd was hanging off the car

the lift gate was dirty inside when we picked it up. they didn't replace the licence plate trim, and there are water spots on exterior of car.
